Hi,

is there a way to specifiy a different location for the temp directory used 
to build pdfs?

I have my markdown documents stored in a folder synchronized with a cloud 
system. Every time I build a pdf, a new directory tex2pdf.#### is created 
and synchronized during build. In many cases, the directory is not removed 
after build.

Id like to provide a temp location outside of the cloud folder. Is this 
possible?
