Is there a way to exclude certain files when converting a bunch from md to 
html? I'm running this:

pandoc -s --template="templates/default.html" -f markdown-smart --toc 
--toc-depth=2 -c ./stylePDF.css ./md/TOC.md ./md/$dirName/*.md 
./md/$dirName/z-subtitle.md -o ./$dirName/$dirName-user-guide.html

But I want to skip anything that starts with x, and some others.
