That one may be either generated or installed by zsh itself, looks like. 
  It's not directly part of the installer.

The list of installed files is in the packgae manager - which is what 
the uninstall script uses to remove the files.  However, it then removes 
the list.  ;)  You could reinstall and then re-uninstall with sudo to 
make sure.  But none of that will remove preference files, generated 
templates, etc.

Also, as an option (that didn't exist when that script was written) 
there is a GUI Freeware app that can remove packages cleanly as well:
https://www.corecode.io/uninstallpkg/

Note all of this of course is for ~110MiB of disk space and a program 
that will never activate without manually being called.
