unoconv could take care of this for you:
http://dag.wiee.rs/home-made/unoconv/
(available in the repos for most distros, if you're running linux).
unoconv -f html input.odt && pandoc input.html -o output.whatever
I would try out html, docx, and docbook -- see what you have the best
results with.
