Hi, 

trying out pandoc lua filter for the first time and trying to extract table 
content, I couldn't make it until I realised there was a major evolution 
probably on version 2.10. Of course, I had upgraded for trying out! I still 
couldn't make it knowing the change, but the 'old' way worked as expected 
with pandoc-2.9

and I would like to comment that there was an evolution on version '2.10+' 
but would like to be sure before adding an error.
