We are using Pandoc to convert md to Epub and theare are some headings
(marked with ###) that we want to appear in the Table of Contents but not
in the body of the text. Is this possible?
It's not all the headings that are marked with ### just a few specific ones
I was wondering whether there is a methd that includes a style reference
### [only in the toc]{visibility:hidden}
So that 'only in the toc' appears in the Table of Contents but not in the
body.
I've not yet been able to find or construct a way of doing this.
I would appreciate any help.
