default pdf-engine for html

It appears that the default pdf-engine setting has changed from wkhtmltopdf 
to pagedjs-cli. On my Windows installation without pagedjs-cli installed 
document compilations that previously succeeded now fail with:

    pagedjs-cli not found. Please select a different --pdf-engine or 
install pagedjs-cli

I find no mention of the change in the release notes and wonder if it is 
intentional.

(For those in the same situation, the work-around is to add

  --pdf-engine=wkhtmltopdf

to your pandoc invocation.)

Thanks for the report. This was not an intentional change and is likely
to be rolled back.
