This isn't quite on-topic, but somebody here may feel like helping!

I need to set up a webserver for document manipulation ... running linux, php7, pandoc, latex, postgresql

So I probably need hosting which allows full access so I can configure the virtual machine as I want.

Anybody know a suitable hosting vendor?
