pandoc server hosting question

This isn't quite on-topic, but somebody here may feel like helping!

I need to set up a webserver for document manipulation ... running linux, 
php7, pandoc, latex, postgresql

So I probably need hosting which allows full access so I can configure the 
virtual machine as I want.

Anybody know a suitable hosting vendor?

AWS is one of the most obvious choices.

Thanks Paulo.   I had a look at AWS and got entirely lost in the maze of 
choices and jargon.  No matter ... I'll keep trying.
All I want is a Ubuntu VM which I can ssh into ... I can do everything 
else.

Amazon AWS will give you exact that...albeit a bit so simple way... Amazon
manages literally millions of virtual hosts and to do this some layers of
xompelzity are necessary.
