Is it possible to generate a LaTeX template from a docx/dotx file?

Rather than using `--reference-doc` with an existing Word document for each
conversion, I'd like to translate that to a latex template once and use it
for the beginning of multiple output templates.

My organization periodically revises a branding guideline document template
and I'd like to automate consuming/translating that into latex for the
generation of PDF/Docx/HTML versions of my content.
