After upgrading to the latest Pandoc version, my Lua filters are broken.
Accessing PANDOC_READER_OPTIONS doesn’t seem to work anymore. Has something
changed? Thanks!

Found the issue: PANDOC_READER_OPTIONS.defaultImageExtension was renamed to
PANDOC_READER_OPTIONS.default_image_extension
