Hello all,

When I try to use German quotes („ and “) combined with inline styles something does not quite work as expected.

Take these two examples:

*Zusätzliche Parametern für „Eine Ebene“:*

*Zusätzliche Parametern für "Eine Ebene":*

The second line works as expected, for the first one Pandoc does not apply emphasis. Can be reproduced in the Try Pandoc page:
