I am trying to generate a single HTML file with the different available
code highlighting styles to assist selection in harmony with the rest of
the colour scheme in my website.

My plan is to generate different HTML5 fragments with different pandoc
command line switches for the various highlighting styles and to collate
them all at the end into a single standalone HTML5 file, again using pandoc.

But I am unsure that this scheme will work, and seek comments on whether
this is likely to work, and if not, what approach would.

Thank you.
