How to export a large file with bibliography to markdown or docx with pandoc?

Hello:

I have a PhD thesis done in LaTeX, it is a rather long document that for
the same reason was not created within a single file, but in several
because of the chapters and annexes it has.

Additionally, I have worked on the bibliographic references in biblatex. So
I would like to know how I could export it with pandoc to odt or at least
to markdown if this is not possible. It is clear to me that if I do this, I
would not get the expected result.

I have used several packages that are not basic, but are in the CTAN
repository and available in TeXlive and Miktex without major problems, and
custom configurations that I don't know how they could be exported with
pandoc or if this question makes sense, since I am an occasional and quite
basic pandoc user.

First: you can pass multiple input files to pandoc
pandoc file1.tex file2.tex file3.tex

Pandoc will just concatenate the files.

Regarding the references : if you convert to odt or markdown, you’ll need to use pandoc’s citeproc.

pandoc [list-of-files] -o converted-manuscript.odt -C --bibliography=bibfile.bib

Regarding the non-basic packages : IDK, perhaps just give it a shot, and you’ll see how well they are supported. Maybe you’ll also want to have a look at tex4ht or lwarp whether they give better results.
