Generally you can just list them on the command line a= nd pandoc will concatenate them:

``````shell
pandoc -o all.pdf -f html html1 html2= html3
``````

Globbing might work

``````shell
pandoc -o all.pdf -f html html= *
``````

but note that the shell sorts "alphabetically" so html1= 0 sorts before html2! You might want to zero-pad the numbers in the file na= mes:

html00, html01 .. h= tml09, html10 .. html99

= so that there are two (or three) digits in every filename. I usually name m= y files using three digits with "gaps" *before* the actual name:<= /div>

000-frontmatter.md
=
010-preface.md
020-introduction.md=
030-preliminaries.md
040-adv= anced.md

so that if I la= ter want to insert a chapter between say the third and fourth chapter I can= number it 035-something.md and if I want to insert a chapter before that I= can call it 033-whatever.md so that I don't need to renumber several f= iles and globbing

``````= shell
pandoc -o all.pdf *.md
= ``````
will still give m= e all the files in correct order.
