1.  Create a copy of the default HTML template with `pandoc -D html
>mytemplate.html`.

2. Remove the three lines

``````html
<style>
    $styles.html()
</style>
``````

(Currently they start at line 20)

3.  Use the modified template by saying `--template mytemplate.html` on the
command line.
