so that there are two (or three= ) digits in every filename. I usually name my files using three digits with= "gaps" *before* the actual name:

000-frontmatter.md
010-preface.m= d
020-introduction.md
030-pre= liminaries.md
040-advanced.md

so that if I later want to insert a chapter be= tween say the third and fourth chapter I can number it 035-something.md and= if I want to insert a chapter before that I can call it 033-whatever.md so= that I don't need to renumber several files and globbing
