Lpeg 1.1 was recently released. It features a new constructor
`lpeg.utfR(codepoint1, codepoint2)` which creates a matcher for a range of
UTF-8 characters. I hope there is a chance that the next release of Pandoc
will be built with Lpeg 1.1!
