Hi,
For a long time, I used (still using) MS Word, but in last months I start to write in markdown. But I need to export my text in Word for my publisher. I manage to do that, using pandoc and cite-proc, but lately, I discovered tufte.css. Now the question is: how can I export .md files in Word and receive sidenotes instead of footnotes. I find https://github.com/jez/pandoc-starter, but when I issue make command (as in readme.md) Windows don't recognize it.
Sorry for n00b question.
:-)
