"Pandoc Markdown CSS Theme" by jez: a blue-white theme that supports
full-width images/tables, sidenotes/margin-notes, floating ToC; fully
responsive; without any JS requirements.
This looks like a pretty slick upgrade for anyone using stock CSS but
not a huge fan of Tufte-CSS's anachronisms and not wanting to go
fullblown customizing & static-site-generating their own theme.
