Hi Peng,
The code points are 2192 for "→", and 2190 for "←".
In Emacs, you type "M-x ucs-insert", then the code point, then <Enter>.
With GTK-based apps, it's Shift-Ctrl-u, then the codepoint, then <Enter>.
