Like my last question, I'm not sure if this is in the Pandoc realm, or that 
of Weasyprint...

My TOC breaks across pages fine if I only go down to the third level. If I 
want H5 in there, those don't stop at the bottom of the "printable area" 
like the headings above that level do.

Unless you see something bad in the HTML or the CSS generated by Pandoc, this looks like a problem of conversion to PDF, so a problem with Weasyprint.
