The bug: 
pandoc: error while loading shared libraries: 
libHSciteproc-0.8.0.2-8jWLo73vV5nGYtewGzv4LO-ghc9.0.2.so: cannot open 
shared object file: No such file or directory
Ldd command output result:
...
ibHSciteproc-0.8.0.2-8jWLo73vV5nGYtewGzv4LO-ghc9.0.2.so => not found
libHSuniplate-1.6.13-Bz3m6aJYQrB6IKo2ZbSAY5-ghc9.0.2.so => not found

Where are the missing libs?

With an up-to-date system, you should have them all. Maybe update your system and reinstall pandoc?

Alternatively, you can remove pandoc with pacman -Rs and install the package pandoc-bin from the AUR instead. It is a statically built executable, so unless you have other programs that rely on the same Haskell libraries, this will save you quite a lot of disk space.
