Exclude section?

Exclude section?

Is there a way to exclude section when converting from .md to .docx? I 
tried this 
https://superuser.com/questions/1577299/limit-what-sections-get-exported-processed-in-pandoc-markdown, 
but have an error 
```
Error running filter noexport-subtrees.lua: noexport-subtrees.lua:2: syntax 
error near 'all' 
```
And second question> how to install pandoc.utils in Win 10?

Simply remove the space between -- and [[ in the first line.
