Does anyone know of a bbedit 11 syntax highlighting package for pandoc files? I guess text wrangler would also work? I’ve looked at various packages for bbedit/textwrangler and pandoc, but they are all (as far as I can tell) concentrated on running the pandoc tool over the text content. I’ve got my own highly customised scripts to do this.
What I really, really, need, in bbedit is Pandoc syntax highlighting. (So, back to Sublime Text in the meantime, and it’s total lack of Mac dictionary integration).
thanks
Scot

I haven't seen any Pandoc-specific packages, but BBEdit (and I believe Text
Wrangler) has built-in highlighting for Markdown (and most of the other
input or output formats that Pandoc uses), which is enough for most of my
uses.

Hi Dan
Yes I use the Markdown syntax. It doesn’t know about the Pandoc footnote or references syntax, which is important to me.

Yeah, I wasn't sure if you knew about it and it does cover quite a bit
so I thought I'd mention it.
Creating your own as a codeless module doesn't look to hard, if you want
to try it. I'm travelling at the moment, so I can't try to see for
myself. (Which I've thought of doing a few times.)
