Hi,

I have installed pandoc on windows via the instructions at https://pandoc.org/installing.html. However, this installs an old version - see below. I have attempted the zip file etc, but it is all the same. 

C:\>pandoc --version

pandoc 1.19.2.1

Compiled with pandoc-types 1.17.0.4, texmath 0.9, skylighting 0.1.1.4

Default user data directory: C:\Users\paddy.mccrudden\AppData\Roaming\pandoc
