Hi Don. Regarding docx generation, you can influence the outcome via the `reference-doc`. There you can tweak the positioning of the styles used in the title page (even to the point of *reordering* some of them if you play with absolute positioning in the styles). I also recommend that you use the "first page is different" option in your header/footer options and use that to include specific logos you may need in your title page (thus you won't need them in your markdown), and the rest of header/footers. As for docx pagebreaks I have found that the easiest solution is to define your headings 1, 2... styles in your reference-doc to include a page jump before the style. Best regards, Agustín.
