Problem by building windows installer

I'm building pandoc on Windows 7.
By building the windows installer with make-windows-installer.bat it
gets stuck on the line:

candle -dVERSION=%VERSION% pandoc.wxs

I get:

pandoc.wxs
c:\home\caesar\pandoc\windows\pandoc.wxs(65) : error CNDL0005 : The 
Directory element contains an unexpected child element 'Environment'.

With pandoc 1.14.0.2 I didn't have this problem.

The most recent chages require a very recent version
of WiX toolset.

I just tried building with the latest WiX toolset and didn't get any errors:

I was missing this part "-ext WixUtilExtension."
Does it have something to do with the error?

I'm glad to hear it Cesar.

BTW, did you test it with the latest change (i.e. use AppData\Local\Pandoc 
by default)?
If not, could you please test it? It's better to catch any problems early :)
