I've a DOCX reference doc that I'm using for MD to DOCX conversion. In the 
reference DOCX I created a footer field

Page { PAGE } of { = { NUMPAGES } - 1 }


But in my output DOCX the footer field looks like this

Page { PAGE } of { NUMPAGES - 1 }


Which does not render the correct number of pages in the document.

Is this a bug or a feature? If it's a feature, does anyone have the 
incantation that *will* work as intended?
