I am using pandoc-citeproc in a workflow developped here 
https://raphaelkabo.com/blog/posts/markdown-to-word/
It allows to use Ulysses in combination with Zotero and Better BibTex to 
produce docx with standardized citations and bibliography.

Everything seems to work fine except for the headers of the final docx and 
the references in the bibliography that appears between square brackets.

I don't understand much of pandoc, but if someone can put me on a trail for 
a solution, I'll try to work my way through.
