It's any generic MS Word Bilbiography. You just simply create one in Word 
by creating a bibliography with the Word Tool, see:

After editing references, create a bibliography by clicking on References > 
Bibliography, and choose any format. 

The Word internal bibliography does not get exported into a text file using 
pandoc.
