You just simply create one in Word by creating a bibliography with the Word Tool, see: https://support.office.com/en-ie/article/create-a-bibliography-citations-and-references-17686589-4824-4940-9c69-342c289fa2a5 After editing references, create a bibliography by clicking on References > Bibliography, and choose any format. The Word internal bibliography does not get exported into a text file using pandoc.
