Problem with heading in odt reference file

I got trouble with converting markdown to odt about heading.

My custom templete defines heading style, but pandoc can't convert "Heading 
2" style.
I don't test any more. It might be other heading got same trouble, I just 
see failed conversion except "Heading 1".

I solved myself.
I didn't know heading style in pandoc templates isn't nested instead of 
OpenDocument is. And unfortunately, export templates by 
--print-default-data-file had encoding trouble in powershell. So solution 
is simply use cmd.
