For example, initially I was having this issue:

[Link][first]

[first]: http://first.com

Would convert to

[Link](http://first.com)

I didn't want this so I found the `--reference-links` option.

Still, now I'm getting this has result:

[Link][]

[Link]: http://first.com

I  don't want this, is there a way to avoid it? I didn't find an option.
