Subject: Div() function is not getting called in lua

I am modifying a phpBB BBCode writer (classic style) to SMF BBCode writer,
but I can't find a proper struct in Libreoffice odt for generating [quote].
I have tried frames, text boxes, comments, and only sections can be
recognized by pandoc and converted to a Div in native and markdown.
After some tests it seems Div(content, attr) simply wouldn't get any call.
What should I do? Should I rewrite the whole writer in new style?
