Can pandoc load image from url?

Hi,

When I convert a DocBook file to docx, the error message appears below:

pandoc: Could not find image 
`https://docs.transwarp.cn/docs/images/ARGODB-PLATFORM/5.2/010ArgoDB-Developer-Guide/image-warning-logo.png', 
skipping...

BTW, the image server has an SSL issue and I tried to disable it before 
executing the pandoc command (export SSL_NO_VERIFY=1).

Is there a solution available? Thank you for your help.

Yes, but unfortunately, the SSL issue will not be fixed, so I need to find 
another way to bypass it.
