I want to convert my *A.md *to *B.pdf, **the content of **A.md* * is*

my command is
*pandoc A.md -o B.pdf --pdf-engine=xelatex*
it show error messages :





*Error producing PDF.! Unable to load picture or PDF file 
'/private/var/folders/hg/tnjcvbq55ydb7b4vlqfqh6yh0000gn/T/tex2pdf.-9d3be78556f187cb/af6d7020cfcfa704aea1546f1268396e41a51815.png'.<to 
be read again>                   }l.70 
...d7020cfcfa704aea1546f1268396e41a51815.png}*

I found if *A.md *only have the first url, it works. So I guess it's 
because the second and third url dont have a extension like ".png" ? So I 
try again with the command
*pandoc A.md -o B.pdf --pdf-engine=xelatex --default-image-extension=png*

and there are no errors, the second and third url were  added extension 
".png" when convertin'. When I check the pdf the second image is good now, 
but the third image is wrong becus

https://img-blog.csdn.net/20180510164327114.png 's in browser.

Anybody can help me plz?
