I found if A.md only have the = first url, it works. So I gu= ess it's because the second and <= font color=3D"#ff0000" style=3D"">third url dont have a extension li= ke ".png" ? So I try again with the command
pandoc A.md -o B.pdf --pdf-engine=3Dxelatex --default-imag= e-extension=3Dpng
