Tried several style from https://github.com/citation-style-language/styles: Using the default style, [@WatsonCrick1953, page 111], [@WatsonCrick1953, section 111], [@WatsonCrick1953, chapter 111] yields (Watson and Crick 1953, 111), (Watson and Crick 1953, sec. 111), (Watson and Crick 1953, chap. 111), i.e. "page" would be omitted. When using https://github.com/citation-style-language/styles/blob/master/din-1505-2.csl, a "p." or "S." would appear as expected: (Watson & Crick, 1953, p. 111), (Watson & Crick, 1953, sec. 111), (Watson & Crick, 1953, chap. 111).
