Hi All, 

I am testing Pandoc 3.0 (Linux) to convert docx files to MarkDown or XML. 
I can generate document having headers and footer, proper fonts, by using a 
reference docx file. 
But, I have been unable to generate a Title page and author. They are 
missing in generated md file . 
Is the problem to do with the styling of docx file? Any solutions here and 
there? Any ideas?
