Hi.
I converted my markdown file containing a table to a docx file.
I have two problems:
(1) The header row is repeated through page breaks
(2) Top and bottom horizontal lines are not drawn
Could you let me know how can I solve these?
I know (1) is the default function from Pandoc v1.4, but I'd like to
suppress it.
I use the Pandoc version 2.16.2 via docker (pandoc/ubuntu:2.16.2) and check
docx file on macOS computer (Word for Mac 16.57).
