Hello again. I am now certain the template is being applied as you showed. However the output page is in all similar to the default, same font, colours and the absence of a TOC (a screen capture of the two side by side is attached). I was expecting to see something more akin to what you pointed to upthread and thought it was not functioning: https://usp.technology/specification .
