Hi Everyone,
In this week my pandoc on the manjaro was updated for version 2.13:
pandoc 2.13
Compiled with pandoc-types 1.22, texmath 0.12.2, skylighting 0.10.5.1,
citeproc 0.3.0.9, ipynb 0.1.0.1

When I compile the input text with bibliography references this error has 
been launched:

! You can't use `\vadjust' in vertical mode.
l.519 \leavevmode\vadjust
                          pre{\hypertarget{ref-abc:2008}{}}%
!  ==> Fatal error occurred, no output PDF file produced!
Transcript written on /tmp/tex2pdf.-67da76942d738af4/input.log.

Error producing PDF.

Do you know what can cause this error?

Most likely you need to update your default latex template;
there were some changes there.
