Bug?: gfm and backtick_code_block extensions are not treated correctly

*Dear all,*
In pandoc 2.10.1 I noticed the following strange thing (even the doc 
says backtick codeblock extensions is enabled for "gfm")

Test.md:

```sql
asd
```

 > pandoc -f gfm -t gfm Test.md

The output is now an *indented code block where the highlighting has 
been dropped*?

Is this a bug or is the Doc wrong, because with the deprecated

 > pandoc -f gfm -t markdown_github Test.md

that works.

Yes. This is fixed in master already and will be fixed in the
next release.
