I'm doing a simple conversion of a csljson-formatted bibliography into a
webpage using:
```
pandoc -f csljson "bib.json" --citeproc -s -o "bib.html" --metadata
title="Bibliography"
```
What I get out is a little different from before when I was using the old
filter citeproc method in that it has paragraphs inside the divs:
```
<div id="ref-Agostini1989" class="csl-entry" role="doc-biblioentry">
<p>Agostini, Silvano, and Ezio Mattiocco. 1989. <em>Dalla villa di Ovidio
al santuario di Ercole</em>. Sulmona (AQ): editore non identificato.</p>
</div>
```
Since div is already a block, I'm getting extra space with the addition of
the p and I don't quite understand why the p are needed.
It's not a big deal to have the extra space, but I'm wondering why the
addition.

Oh, geez. It looks like this is a regression between 2.11.2 and
2.11.3. In solving a problem with nested csl spans, I
accidentally introduced the paragraph tags. That wasn't
intended.
Added an issue here:
