This one:
https://hackage.haskell.org/package/pandoc-types-1.19/docs/Text-Pandoc-Definition.html#t:Attr

It is a simple enough type by itself, but I do not understand how it should
be used, what is the intention.

Particularly:

* What are these mysterious "classes"?
* Why is it not a fancy Map in a tuple with a String or a Text?
* How best to label a code block?

The attributes can be specified in pandoc markdown as follows:

# Heading {#identifier .class1 .class2 key="value"}

or in a code block

``` {#identifier .class1 .class2 key="value"}
```

Note that

``` ruby
````

is equivalent to

``` {.ruby}
```

The classes are like HTML classes, and are rendered that way
in HTML. In other formats you can use a filter to do something
special with them if you like.
