Hi,
I just got started with pandoc today. I've been through the entire manual,
and I don't think this is mentioned anywhere. I want to maintain some
formatting while converting from docx to html format (fragment, not
standalone). This includes:

   - Text highlighting (=background color in html)
   - Extra Linebreaks
   - Table borders
   - Alignment

Is this possible? Currently I get the html fragment stripped of all
formatting.

Thanks.

Pandoc doesn't register color or table borders.

It handles alignment within table cells, but not,
e.g., a centered part of a document.

As for "extra linebreaks", I'm not sure what
you mean by that.
