How do we get version of citeproc?

How do we get version of citeproc?

From Pandoc 2.11, pandoc-citeproc is replaced to built-in citeproc.
But now, I cannot get the version of it. It should be shown when the user 
check the pandoc version as follows, I think. Currently other libs are 
shown their versions.

pandoc 2.11.0.2
Compiled with pandoc-types 1.22, texmath 0.12.0.3, skylighting 0.10.0.2
```

I would like to check that for debugging (or reporting). Is there any other 
option to get the version of citeproc?

pandoc 2.11.0.2 is compiled against the most recent release
of citeproc.  But you're right, it would be good to report
this along with the other verisons  we report with --version.
I'll make that change.
