Hi folks, 
I am trying to parse a LaTeX file to docx using pypandoc(a python third 
party package) and I got an exception stating "pandoc died with exit code 65
" 

It would be really great if someone can help me in handling this

Try running pandoc directly on the file rather than going
through pypandoc -- you'll likely get better error messages.
