Does anyone happen to have a small document that illustrates what markdown 
features translate into powerpoint output?

for example, I wonder whether there is a way to add instructor notes in 
markdown and have them appear at the bottom.

I did not.  now I have.  thank you.

(it would help to have a sample document illustrating all the available 
features that can be reached from pandoc markdown to a target.  I wonder 
what else I could take advantage of.)
